James Kosta has an extraordinarily diverse background, having been in the CIA before leading design projects with technology industry titans like Microsoft and IBM to name a few. James is the visionary behind 3G studios and has lead his company to win numerous awards including “Software Company of the Year” for 2012. James continues to lead 3G forward, uniting the various teams with his singular focus and work ethic, as we actively pursue mobile casino gaming.
Ryan Cullins is tasked with leading our talented teams of artists as they create the incredible and immersive worlds that our games exist in. Having worked with a number of important tech companies like Epic Games and RedStorm Entertainment, Ryan is an integral part of the success of any of our games. Ryan has been with us since 3G’s inception and has helped to make the company what it is today through his creative direction and dedication.
Dylan Petty has worked at 3G for most of his professional life, providing valuable oversight to our teams of programmers, providing the very gameplay that make our games so fun to play. Dylan is responsible for having made our proprietary game engines, the backbone of any of our games. Dylan is a trusted and valued leader in the company whose impressive technical skills are exemplified in everything that he does.
Larry Crapo began his career as an Aeronautical Engineer of all things, before creating his own successful technology company. Using this proven track record in sales and company management, Larry is responsible for client outreach as well as finding mutually beneficial partnerships that promote our company goals. When Larry isn’t working, he enjoys Harley Davidson motorcycles, classic cars and air racing planes.
Serena has a lifelong passion for videogames and an optimistic attitude that contributes to her efficient managerial style. Having played videogames for all of her life, and obtaining a BS in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, Serena was a perfect match for 3G. Serena is an integral part of the 3G team and has been with us since almost the beginning, growing into a superb producer.
Deana is a native Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. Spending the majority of her career in the legal industry, she developed outstanding leadership and managerial skills which she brought to 3G with great success. Deana helps keep 3G running smoothly and for that we are very grateful. In her spare time, Deana enjoys an active lifestyle of running, golfing, volunteering and spending time with her family.
Morgan Ogburn has games and film experience as Art Director, Lead Artist, Senior Artist and Concept Artist, working on game titles such as Resident Evil 5 (cinematics), TRON: Legacy and a $10 mm FPS project for UTV Ignition. He has worked with Creat Studios, Activision, Hitpoint Studios, Warthog Studios and Origin Systems (EA).
His strong understanding of game and story development defines his swift ability at visual interpretation, conceptual design, story editing and creating immersion in games. With a deep knowledge of current and developing 3D technologies and illustration techniques Morgan has played an integral role in establishing the look and feel of numerous projects, as well as pushing the envelope to discover innovative creative techniques.
Curtis has always had a love and fascination for videogames that has served him well throughout his career. A Nevada native, Curtis graduated from the University of Nevada and pursued employment in various Engineering fields. After gaining experience with a number of different companies, Curtis began work in an industry he loves, creating videogames at 3G Studios, where he currently works alongside his wife, Erika. Continuing to be an active gamer, Curtis is also quite an accomplished bowler and has nearly scored a perfect 300. Curtis' upbeat attitude and technical expertise make him a valuable member of the development team, his passion for videogames showing in all the work he does.
After graduating from Full Sail University, David spent a number of years gaining valuable experience in the videogame industry before coming to 3G. David’s proven pedigree for creating game engines for all contemporary platforms has been put to great use now that he is with 3G and we look forward to seeing what amazing things he can accomplish with our teams. David is also amazing at karaoke.
